Insomnia

I hate Insomnia....
I hate when I can't sleep at the night. I don't know when the first time I get insomnia. I also don't know why I can get insomnia. I think it maybe start since I was graduated from senior high school. I have a long holiday and I have no idea about it. I spent my time to cleaning house, playing game, reading comic and novel , and watching dvd cassettes. Every day I sleep at 00:00 am or 00:30 am. After I found job, I started change my habit and go to sleep at 11:00 pm. I worked for 3 months then resign because I started studying at the college. Then, my bad habit come back. I sleep at 00:00 am even 1:00 am. Now I feel the effect. When I try to sleep early, it just make me had headache. It's hard to sleep under 00:00 am. I have tried many ways to sleep early, such as read the comic or novel before I sleep so I can feel sleepy. But it doesn't work. Then I try to lay on the bed and listening the music from my phone and wait until I feel sleepy. But it also doesn't work. I am confused how to solve this insomnia problem. x_x

just make your self tired maybe you can sleep.. because you so tired and want to sleep..hahahaha... that's my suggestion..

find a way to get sleepy..example : you can listening the music..for me when i get insomnia i always listening a music that can make me feel sleepy..maybe you can try it

I have a tips to you to avoid insomnia :D
When you want to sleep.
Just close your eyes..
and Count descending 100 to 1 in your mind. slowly you get sleepy and sleep..
That way always I do when I can't sleep :p

just let yourself relaxed and don't do something that makes you stress
and you musn't thinking too much :)

and i have tips to avoid it. If i got insomnia i always listening music from my handphone. But that is Bad Habit.

I have tips to overcome insomnia is the Remove all anxiety when sleeping. do not let yourself think about the mistakes you have done this afternoon.

Yeah,I have tried it before. I was going to fall asleep after a few minutes listening music, but I forget to turn off the music and when I wake up I would got headache. :(

wheww.. I have never try to do that before. I think that way just succeed in the shinchan animation . haha

hmmm... yeah,relax and don't think too much. That's right. Maybe I can try meditation to get it. haha :D

yupp.. That will be bad habit if you forget to turn off the music on your phone. That isn't good for our health. Maybe we can find the other way to solve our problem about insomnia. :)

You are right. When we are going to sleep, it is good to be relax. Don't let us do something else like chatting with friends via bbm or listening to music. It makes our brains could not rest well and eventually we couldn't sleep.

My suggestion should you do not often take a nap because with your nap. difficult to be sure your night...

To solve insomnia is with relaxation because it can give a tranquility for patients.

Don't simply hope that your insomnia will fix itself, take the initiative and actively work on the problem. Adopting a positive mental attitude is the first step in combating the underlying causes of your insomnia. Good luck.. B)

I have tried it before. I can feel sleepy, but I often forget to turn off the music player on my phone. It make me get headache, so I rarely use this way to sleep. But thank's for your suggestion. :)
